Boost Mental Fitness and Feel Better Every Day

About Aran
Aran Dadswell (MSc, MCC) launched Mental Fitness For Humans to help people feel better about who they are and what they do and to boost mental fitness in everyday life. Following an 18 year corporate career in banking technology, Aran shifted her focus from optimizing processes to empowering people. Over time, she developed a deep interest in neuroscience, motivation, and mindfulness, leading her to found several initiatives focused on mental wellbeing such as Get To Know Your Brain, TheDreamRegister, MindTheFullness, and the Women’s Mental Fitness Institute. As a Master Certified Coach, she is among the top 6 percent of International Coaching Federation coaches globally. Her debut book, Better: Boost Your Mental Fitness, is set for release in Spring 2026.
Our Massively Important Mission
It’s increasingly harder to be human these days, which is why Mental Fitness For Humans is on a mission to bring mental fitness into the mainstream.
While it’s impossible to cease suffering, our quest lies in finding ways to ease it.
Our aim is to increase contentment and fulfillment in life and work through our range of services—all delivered with compassion, optimism, and balance. We are here to make “better” possible for us all by boosting mental fitness, one conversation at a time.
Community Events
We host a range of community initiatives designed to nurture mental fitness:
World Mental Fitness Day
Meet the lesser-known sibling of World Mental Health Day—an initiative bursting to be acknowledged and to make a positive difference to humanity. Just as physical fitness contributes to physical health, mental fitness is yearning to do the same for mental health.
Help us persuade the United Nations and the World Health Organization to officially recognize World Mental Fitness Day on April 10 each year.
May.Be.
Be with us as we take a “don’t just do something, sit there” approach for May. Sharpen your mental fitness through presence; remaining attentive to the moment, more and more often.
No!vember
Join us with a “less is more” philosophy for the month of November. What might you say “No!” to in order to clear your time and space, and boost your overall mental fitness?

“Live Each Moment Deeply, Take Each Moment Lightly”
A Commitment to People and Planet
Mental fitness shouldn’t cost the earth. We operate as a climate-conscious business, and we offer online services at accessible prices. Impactful for people, gentle on the planet.
He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tāngata. He tāngata. He tāngata.
What is the most important thing in the world? It is people. It is people. It is people.
– Māori proverb
A shared blueprint for peace and prosperity
We are accelerating progress with our proactive support of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Wellbeing, seeking to ensure healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all.

Testimonials
“Even though we met virtually, there was a genuine sense of togetherness. Aran created a space that felt supportive, calm, and intentional. She has a way of being fully present without pushing or prescribing solutions. That balance made it easier to show up honestly and engage in real reflection, and helped me move from quiet frustration to thoughtful action. It reinforced that mental fitness is something we build through reflection, conversation, and shared experience.”

“Working with Aran was an amazing experience. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in neuroscience combined with her patience, joy for what she teaches and nurturing nature meant I came away having learnt a lot about myself. Thought provoking, and insightful, learning science backed tools and strategies, I can’t recommend Aran enough.”

“Aran brings a rare mix of deep expertise and real-time intuition. She reads the room, meets you exactly where you are, and delivers what you actually need, not a cookie-cutter script. Aran’s framework is flexible and personal, adapting the specific path to fit your goals and your reality. And honestly… isn’t that what great coaching is?”
